WHAT ARE FLOWER ESSENCES?

Flower and vibrational essences carry the unique frequency of a particular flower, gem or crystal in liquid form. When taken, they do not act directly on the physical body but rather gently assist us to address emotional imbalances on an energetic level. Essences are normally taken orally (directly under the tongue) or sprayed in the auric field. They do not have a scent like essential oils.

When taking orally, it is important that the glass dropper does not touch the tongue as the essence may become contaminated. It is better to take essences at least ten minutes away from food. Vibrational essences will not affect any other medicine or treatment you are taking as they work on a different vibrational level.

The standard method of taking essences:

  1. Place 4 drops under the tongue
  2. Repeat 4 times per day - especially first thing in the morning and before bed. For those who are very sensitive start with twice a day.
  3. Continue for one month

 

For acute states, take every 30-60 minutes. Use your intuition to determine when the treatment is no longer needed.

An alternative method is to put 2-4 drops in a glass of water and sip at regular intervals throughout the day.

While you are taking your essence/s, monitor your thoughts and feelings and make notes of any changes you may feel. After this time you may find that you need to change some of your original choices or that you need to continue with the same ones for longer - don’t be afraid to experiment for yourself! Working in this way over a period of 6 months or so you will find that there has been a subtle but definite shift in your response to the situations and events of your life.

 

Please note: If increased dosage is desired, it is better to increase the frequency of treatment rather than the number of drops. Drops could be placed under the tongue eight times per day, for instance. Increasing the number of drops will not improve the efficacy of the treatment.
