Eden Healthfoods Wild C is a truly natural and bioavailable, non-toxic vitamin C complex derived from a combination of certified organic wild berries and greens with naturally occurring high vitamin C content. It does NOT contain isolated vitamin C as this has shown not to be the most effect way to utilise vitamin C.

Each teaspoon (3g) of Wild C provides 312mg of 5x the RDI of naturally occurring, truly natural, bioavailable, non-toxic, non-isolated vitamin C.
Add 1 heaped teaspoon (3g) of Wild C mixed into fresh juice or smoothie, breakfast or pure glass of water 1-3 times a day. The body can only absorb between 200-500g of vitamin C per serve, so it’s best to have a serve at different times throughout the day.
